· We use best Courier partners like DTDC, Fedex, Aramex etc to ensure a speedy and safe product delivery.
· We deliver merchandise to many locations in India. Before you purchase, please ensure that we do ship to your area.
· Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you would need to place multiple orders.
· We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 21 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
· We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday) excluding Sundays & public holidays.
· While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, though this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or lack of availability.
· If you believe, that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with / damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at email@example.com
· Once the order is dispatched from our store we update the Awb number in the system here. You will recieve a mail informing you of the updated status along with the tracking details. You can logon to the logistic partner site and then track your order.
Dispatch Details :
After the product dispatch, you will be provided with the shipment details and an approximate delivery duration, for easy tracking of the shipment and to ensure that you are available at the given address to receive the shipment when it is delivered. We are not responsible if the shipment is returned, due to unavailability of recipient at the address.
Product Care & Packing :
We ensure that the products are packed well, to avoid any form of damage.
If the order is not dispatched, it can be cancelled, and we will refund the total amount or replace the order. However, order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
No returns except in case of damaged product received.
Due to transportation/product handling, if the product is found damaged when received, please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, with the pictures of the damage and the product, within 24 hours of the products received. We will ensure that you receive either a replacement/discount/refund, depending on case to case scenario. The decision in such cases will be at the sole discretion of weswadesi.com.
1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
2. After 3 failed delivery attempts by Air Freight Limited courier.
3. Package refused by recipient.
4. Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
5. In case of minor design and color variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.
* Note: All refunds will only be made after we receive the returned shipment.
